I am writing this recommendation both with deep experience in the "health" and "diet" space, as well as having completed 2 rounds of wellness coaching with Joyce, now entering into my 3rd round. I will say without a doubt this has been the best investment in my physical, mental, and emotional health that I have ever made - and I have literally TRIED IT ALL. To be clear, working with Joyce is NOT a diet and it is NOT a way to earn quick results only to have them erased over the coming months.

This is a full transformative process that tackles wellness from all angles, leaving the client with a clear playbook for achieving lasting results.

Like any program, Joyce is not capable of creating this change FOR you. Rather, she provides the guidance, insight, and tools to enable you to achieve change in yourself. Therefore, if you are not willing to show up weekly for the meetings, work throughout the week toward building lasting habits, and be willing to fall and yet get back up again (and again and again), then this is NOT the program for you. Only invest in this if you are truly ready to give yourself this gift - and when you are ready, I promise you this will be the best gift you will ever give yourself.

I am at midlife and was diagnosed with digestive issues.

I decided it was time to change my nutrition and calm down my symptoms so I called Joyce.  I am so glad that I did!  We discussed my condition and since Joyce is also an RN she was able to read my blood test results and tell me what they mean.  I signed up for the 3 month plan which meant weekly monitoring and mentoring, as well as a weekly check-in with the InBody machine.

I immediately started the Whole 30 eating program and quickly noticed results- less inflammation, feeling overall wellness and then more energy.

Meeting with Joyce once per week was very helpful to understand what was happening metabolically within my body and if, for instance, I needed to drink more water or helpful tips on what other items to eat - real food - not supplements.

I am so happy with my eating plan and my new relationship with food that I have continued many of the Whole 30 guidelines as adjusted to my lifestyle.

I told as many friends as I could about Joyce and how sometimes is might be necessary to check in and perhaps reset their diet as we age or transition through life’s many stages.

Hey Joyce, just wanted to keep in touch. I still haven’t had any grains and it wasn’t till after the 60 day challenge was over before I noticed any real change, but the biggest thing I have noticed is I have hardly any pain. I used to wake up in the morning and have sore ankles and knees, and a lot of times after a tough workout I would walk around like a old man after sitting down for a while, but the last few weeks I have been amazed at how pain free I have been! I was assuming it was old age catching up with me, but it seems to be what I was eating. Just wanted to thank you, and let you know I was definitely starting to see some great change!

Working with Joyce Strong has been an experience I'm thankful for. Her information and inspiration has opened my eyes and ears by helping to close my mouth to foods I thought were healthy... but just not healthy for me.
