Private Coaching
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful, capable people who are carrying a lot.
They may be leading organizations, managing significant responsibility, navigating a transition, facing a difficult decision, or simply realizing that something in their life no longer fits the way it once did.
They are not looking for someone to tell them what to do.
They want a place to think clearly, speak candidly, examine what is getting in the way, and make decisions they can trust.
How I Work
My approach is highly personal and intentionally limited.
I work privately with a small number of people at a time so the work can be focused, thoughtful, and shaped around the person rather than a standard coaching program.
Our conversations may involve health, stress, leadership, relationships, communication, behavior change, identity, major life decisions, or the intersection of several of those things at once.
There is no formula.
We begin with what is actually happening in your life and work from there.
My background as an RN, wellness coach, and biopsychology graduate informs how I listen and the questions I ask, but coaching is not about diagnosing or prescribing. It is about helping you see more clearly, recognize patterns, consider possibilities, and decide what comes next.
What the Work Can Look Like
Sometimes the issue is specific: a decision that needs to be made, a difficult relationship, a period of chronic stress, or a change that has been postponed for too long.
Sometimes the problem is harder to name.
You may simply know that you are successful on paper but not satisfied with how you are living, working, or feeling.
The work is individualized and generally designed around a meaningful period of focused conversation rather than occasional one-off sessions. When appropriate, there may also be limited communication between sessions to help maintain continuity.
The goal is not dependence on coaching.
It is greater clarity, stronger decision-making, and the ability to move forward with more confidence in your own judgment.
Starting With a Conversation
If you are considering working with me, start by telling me a little about what is happening and what you would like to change.
We can have a conversation, see whether there is a genuine fit, and determine whether I am the right person to help.
If I believe I can offer something useful, I will recommend an approach based on the scope of the work rather than trying to fit you into a predetermined program.
