Totally Well Book Club is hosted by Joyce Strong, RN, BSN from www.TotalWellCoach.com and The Totally Well TV Show. We will read at least one book per month related to health, wellness, fitness and everything it takes to help you live the most healthy, fulfilling life. Meet like-minded people, get support and learn more about health and wellness. Workshop style with optional homework. Participate as much or as little as you like.
Coffee, Tea and Water will be provided. Bring a healthy meal or snack to share with the group if you want (but not required) Books will include Atomic Habits, It Starts With Food, Wired to Eat, Choose Wonder Over Worry, Unf*ck Yourself, 1% Rule, I Don't Want to Talk About It, The Emporer of Maladies and many more!
