Clinical Corporate Consultant

  • Support, educate and collaborate with patients, caregivers and healthcare providers as a strategic team member on disease diagnostics and prevention.  Working in multiple settings including one-on-one, small groups, virtual/remote and corporate.

  • Create strategies to support corporate client goals and objectives with a focus on population health and disease prevention

  • Demonstrate thought leadership for current trends, clinical protocols, best practices and research supporting vendor solutions and strategies that target chronic disease prevention and management, including patient engagement, utilization and long-term success outcomes.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement vendors that provide reliable and clinically proven disease-prevention and management tools and methods that manage health outcomes and costs. Once implemented, measure program success and key performance indicators.

  • Work one-on-one with corporate clients and with account management teams to share knowledge, ideas, and project plans to achieve goals. Train the account management team on the latest industry well-being trends.

  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure delivery of high quality services.

  • Serve as a resource to guide and support client well-being initiatives especially as it relates to preventing and managing chronic disease and improving health and well-being.

  • Ensure all client data is entered into HIPAA-compliant CRM System.

  • Participate in all appropriate well-being planning activities.

  • Provide client outcomes and cost-savings reporting and KPIs as appropriate for the client.
