Clinical Corporate Consultant
Support, educate and collaborate with patients, caregivers and healthcare providers as a strategic team member on disease diagnostics and prevention. Working in multiple settings including one-on-one, small groups, virtual/remote and corporate.
Create strategies to support corporate client goals and objectives with a focus on population health and disease prevention
Demonstrate thought leadership for current trends, clinical protocols, best practices and research supporting vendor solutions and strategies that target chronic disease prevention and management, including patient engagement, utilization and long-term success outcomes.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement vendors that provide reliable and clinically proven disease-prevention and management tools and methods that manage health outcomes and costs. Once implemented, measure program success and key performance indicators.
Work one-on-one with corporate clients and with account management teams to share knowledge, ideas, and project plans to achieve goals. Train the account management team on the latest industry well-being trends.
Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure delivery of high quality services.
Serve as a resource to guide and support client well-being initiatives especially as it relates to preventing and managing chronic disease and improving health and well-being.
Ensure all client data is entered into HIPAA-compliant CRM System.
Participate in all appropriate well-being planning activities.
Provide client outcomes and cost-savings reporting and KPIs as appropriate for the client.
